VBT 1200 — 5 x 8 Mobile Biodiesel Processor
The bare bones work horse of our line-up, this mobile biodiesel processor has a more confined interior. It is very user friendly and capable of producing 300 gallons of biodiesel every 5 days.
All our biodiesel processors come with our proprietary control panel employing time sensitive switches that reduce the chance for human error and cut working time in half.
Designed by an authority in biodiesel refining, these processors are the easiest to operate and safest units on the market today. Get Green!

After fueling up with biodiesel, I ran it into the system, and let it sit overnight. after the engine cooled off, I fired it up the next morning.
The 2008 BioEnergy Summer Interns worked on various projects involved bioenergy applications. This project involved using waste vegetable oil as a source for biodiesel productions. Replacing methanol with ethanol was also examined.
My girlfriend just purchased this classic car to be converted to run on waste vegetable oil. The alternator died a few days ago and we decided to take the opportunity to install the larger 70 Amp unit in anticipation of the dual-tank kit which will require more power. So being the first step on this journey I wanted to document as much as I could and share it with everyone! It was a pain to pull the old alternator out, Mercedes engineers overbuilt the bracket to say the least and we had to resort to brute force measures to ultimately make the swap. But all-in-all it was pretty straight forward and the car is now running great! Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this fun project. As we progress I plan on filming and keeping this youtube channel updated! Thanks for watching!

Hydrogen fuel kits are not meant to completely power a car, but instead they are intended to provide additional fuel to replace some of the energy from the fuel
